DATA PROTECTION

The European Personal Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), which entered into force on 25 May 2018, extends and facilitates the exercise of your rights by improving the transparency of the processing of your personal data

1. Consultation, modification and deletion of your personal data

For any request regarding your personal information. You can send an email to the personal data Protection representative (OPD) using the following address: dpo@rhinos.fr
Depending on the nature of your request, the procedure will be different :

  • According to Article 15 paragraph 3 of the RGPD, you have the right to consult your personal data. After you have made your request by mail to the OPD, all information about you will be transmitted to you as an attachment by email in PDF format within 48 hours
  • According to Article 16 of the RGPD you have a right of rectification. For your request to be processed, please indicate the corrections you want in your contact mail. Once the changes have been made, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours
  • According to Article 17 of the RGPD, you have the right to oblivion. To delete your personal data, make your request by email specifying the information you wish to remove. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours before proceeding with any destruction of your information. Once your confirmation is collected, the deletion will be done and a confirmation email will be sent to you
  • According to Article 18 of RGPD, you have the right to request limitation of treatment. For your request to be processed, please indicate the desired limitations in your contact email. Once the changes have been made, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours
  • According to article 20 of RGPD , you have the right to request the portability of your data. After making your request by mail to the OPD, all information about you will be transmitted to you or will be transmitted to the person you indicate to us, as an attachment by email in PDF format within 48 hours
2. What data do we collect?

RHINOS SOLUTIONS commits itself to its users to collect and process only the data necessary for its activities in particular on the provision of the services we propose
